Questions about plans
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
Our agents sound natural and conversational. Many callers simply have a normal conversation. We can also have the agent say up front that it's a virtual assistant if you prefer.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You can forward your existing business number to your AI agent, or we can give you a new number.
Which calendars can it book into?
We'll connect to your booking setup during onboarding. Common options include Google Calendar, Cal.com and many scheduling tools.
What happens with urgent calls?
You decide what counts as urgent. When one comes in, the agent transfers the caller to the number you choose.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few business days after we get your completed onboarding form. It depends on how complex your needs are.
Can I change what it says later?
Yes. Send us updates to your hours, prices or FAQs at any time and we'll update your agent.
Can customers pay me directly?
Yes. On Growth, you connect your own Stripe, PayPal, Square, Flutterwave or Paystack account, or any payment link, in your dashboard. Invoice pay links go straight to your account, so customers pay you directly.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month to month.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Starter includes up to 300 minutes a month and Growth includes up to 1,000. Minutes beyond your allowance are billed at $0.25 per minute.
What's the setup fee for?
The one-time setup fee covers building, scripting and testing a custom AI voice agent trained on your business: $399 on Starter and $799 on Growth.
